LWSSL Winter Soccer League underway
The LWSSL Small Sided Winter Soccer League being played in Murroe Wood Park All Weather Facility has commenced with Round 1 completed on Sunday 28th Jan. The weather was very kind and with the three games all going on together there was a very good buzz and great atmosphere around the grounds. LWSSL Div 2 League Champions 2017
Ballylanders were presented with the LWSSL Division 2 league trophy last evening after their 3-0 victory over Regional United. In what was the most competitive Division 2 league of recent years, Ballylanders overcame the challenge of Tulla United and Bridge Celtic to deservedly win the league. Well done to the players and management of Ballylanders FC on their great achievement from all in the LWSSL.

Division 1 – Last Season Winners Kilmallock are off to a flying start with two wins followed closely by Lifford who also have two wins and Listowel with one win………….early indications are looking like another close encounter between Kilmallock and Lifford.
